Receta de salsa romesco
La salsa romesco es una salsa típica de Cataluña. Lleva tomates, ajos, pan y una combinación de almendras y avellanas. También se utilizan pimientos rojos secos y se aliña con aceite de oliva, vinagre, sal y pimienta. Puedes utilizarla para acompañar pescados, verduras asadas y carnes.
Cómo preparar tarta de atún
La tarta de atún es parecida a una empanada gallega corriente hecha también con el mismo relleno. La única diferencia es que la tarta no está cubierta, el relleno queda expuesto, y la empanada tiene masa cubriendo el relleno. La preparación es similar pero necesitaremos un molde distinto (como el que ves en la imagen) para que quede de una forma divertida y hermosa. De resto, solo te queda preocuparte de lo deliciosa que quedará.

Drap-Art es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro, fundada en 1995, que promueve el reciclaje creativo con la organización de festivales, exposiciones y talleres.
Drap-Art empezó como festival en 1996 con la Maratón de Creación y Reciclaje, que en la siguiente edición, en 1997, recibió unos 20.000 visitantes. En el mismo año, Drap-Art organizó el Recykl Art Fest, un intercambio entre artistas yugoslavos y barceloneses en la Bienal de Montenegro. In the case of the hair washing robot, idea was great: free some time for employees who would normally be washing a patient’s hair, by allowing the robot to do all the work for them. Verizon’s 4G Network Reaches Download Speeds of 27Mbps, According to Tester
Verizon’s 4G network, based on LTE technology, is set to get kicked off in the United States by the end of the year. And, each time it gets brought up, it looks like Big Red is right on track to getting their next-generation network up and running right on time. And, as we’ve seen in the past, testing for the network are still underway. This time around, a member of the private Beta test group has posted some unofficial speed tests, and the results, reaching up to 27.79Mbps download speeds, are pretty impressive.

There was talk, back at this year’s IFA, that Sony and TomTom had come to some sort of agreement, which would ultimately see the combination of the fan-favorite TomTom navigational unit, and Sony’s Xplod series of in-dash A/V units. And sure enough, it’s finally come to fruition. TomTom and Sony have officially announced the upcoming availability of two different units, packing capacitive touchscreens and plenty of other features.
The TomTom XNV-770BT will give your fingers some room to touch, as it will feature a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. The XNV-660BT saves some room, and will pack a 6.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display. Both navigational units will also come with pre-loaded maps for not only the United States, but also Canada. For TV manufacturers, getting the best quality picture to the consumer is a top priority. For Sharp, they’ve tried to reach that goal by introducing TVs with the Quattron technology, which successfully adds a fourth color (yellow) to the standard Red, Green, Blue. The result is a sharper image, and better colors on the screen. The same technology is now going into their brand new LC-52-LB3 and LC-46LB3 AQUOS Quattron 3D LCD TVs, which were just announced by the company.

I was once stranded in Amsterdam for more than a week with my iPod nano and only 4 albums of music. I started the week at a Microsoft Mobius event, from which I got to visit Amsterdam coffeeshops with some fairly interesting and important people from Microsoft, Qualcomm and some of my other favorite tech blogs. After that event ended and most of my compatriots went home, I stuck around for a while to try to crash Nokia World, to which I was not actually invited or approved. Activision taking ‘immediate action’ on Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock unreadable disc error
Activision has acknowledged that “some consumers” who purchased Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock are experiencing a disc read issue and the company is taking “immediate action” to rectify the situation. Folks who are having a problem should call Activision’s customer service center at 800-225-6588. The publisher states that it will “offer existing customers free replacement discs in exchange for any purchased defective disc.”
Joystiq learned of the issue earlier this week and contacted Activision after several reports and one retail tipster told us that his store had received “40 returns” in one day.

We’ll admit it: We couldn’t keep our mouths shut. Not just that — we couldn’t keep our eyes from bulging out of their sockets and our feet from skipping up and down the LA Convention Center halls. Beyond Good & Evil HD: see the first screens
We got a chance to play a small section from early on in the freshly revealed Beyond Good & Evil HD yesterday evening at Ubisoft Digital Day 2010. Jade and Pey’j definitely looked higher-poly, while the textures were still clearly in the process of being swapped out. The framerate was a little inconsistent at this stage, but just by running at 1080p the game looked remarkable, even seven years after its 2003 debut.
Ubisoft couldn’t confirm if this remastering should be taken as a sign that Beyond Good & Evil 2 had become a higher priority project at the company. You can, however, bet it will be keeping a close eye on sales of Beyond Good & Evil… Continue reading
EA claims Medal of Honor has broken franchise pre-order record
Electronic Arts announced this morning that its massively marketed Medal of Honor reboot, launching October 12, has had the highest number of “pre-sells,” as it calls them, “in the franchise’s 11-year history.” Considering the franchise’s shaky history for the past eight years, and the absence of bonus goodies like Battlefield 3 beta access, that achievement is kinda like winning the Tour de France on a Harley.
No actual pre-sell figures were shared by EA. We’ll get our first retail reports from the UK charts next month, followed by a much clearer picture from the NPD report in November. Our blessings go out to all the games getting involved in that brutal month’s retail warfare.
Ubisoft confirms closure of Brazil studios within the calendar year
Ubisoft has confirmed to Joystiq that “development activities in its Brazilian studios will ramp down by the end of this year.” The publisher states that due to the current market conditions, it can’t “achieve the goals initially set for the studios.” There is no set date when the Brazil shops will close, but it will be before the end of the calendar year.
There are currently 25 people working between the two studios in Brazil, who are “finishing DS and PSP projects which they will see to completion.” The company could not confirm the official number of layoffs, as “some” team members may take positions at other Ubi studios.

Today’s as good a day as any to call your old war buddies to arms — Zipper Interactive has activated patch 2.0 for the game, which introduces a wide variety of sweeping changes to a number of gameplay mechanics and character progression systems. Eric Chahi, designer of the action-adventure classic Out of This World and Ubisoft’s upcoming downloadable god game From Dust, has told Joystiq that sales of his latest creation will determine if it receives additional modes and content. “For the first release, it will be a solo experience,” Chahi told us, explaining that, “We plan to have a major release where we can enhance the experience by adding an editor and a multiplayer mode, if the success is there.”
